Parents Evenings are held twice per year either remotely or at school over two evenings. Parents make an appointment on their preferred designated day. You will by notified by the school office when you can book a slot using our Parent Pay App.

Autumn Term Parents Evening is usually held in October

Spring Term Parents Evening is usually held in February

In the Summer Term you will receive a full report on your child’s attainment and achievements.

However, you don’t have to wait for a parents evening to talk about your child!

At BFPA we operate an open door policy and you can request a call or meeting with your child’s Teacher or Phase Leader either by calling the school office on 0116 2872487 or by emailing the school at: [email protected]

Booking a Parent’s Evening Appointment

You will be able to book appointments for your child/ren at your own convenience via either a computer, smartphone, iPad or tablet. The system is set to allow a 10 minute gap between appointments, in order to allow you time to move around the school if required.

There is also a facility to give the school some feedback on the system.
